You are an FY2 completing a rotation in general practice.

A 43 year old woman Mrs Alex Parker has been brought to the practice by her husband, who describes her behaviour as 'out of character.' You have been asked to speak to the patient and assess her mental state. You do not need to assess the patient's cognition.

At the end of the station, please summarise your findings to the examiner. You will be asked further questions at the end of the station.
